shipping:
i ship via 'deutsche post' and 'dhl'.
the item will be shipped usually within 5 days after the payment.

tracking:
if you would like to have a tracking code please select the 'shipping upgrades'-option
at the checkout.
some rare items only ship with a tracking code — this will be written in the item description.
( at the moment i am updating my settings – if an item has no upgrade option yet and 'ships with tracking code' is not written in the description, please send me your request via 'request custom order'. )

customs:

packaging:
_ very large prints travel rolled in a tube, large and smaller prints, books & booklets will be wraped safe in paper and a strong envelope for their journey.

_ tube:
if the article descprition says 'ships in a tube',
please do not order additional books or booklets in the same order –
just prints with prints.
books & booklets do not like traveling in a tube... :(
cancellation of the order would be the worst case..

speed:
if you need a super fast delivery please, send me a note which artworks you are interested in and the destination where it will be shipped via 'request custom order'
( on the left side of the menu ).
then i can create a listing with the addtional shipping costs ( express shipping ) and send it to you via email to complete the order.
please check your spam folder, because answers coming from Etsy might be dropped there.

in stock:
_ the amount of items 'in stock' are not always the true reflection of items i have available — but can be.

editions:
i create small editions and limited editions ( signed & numbered )
_ i usually start with small editions.
the first edition ( 1st stock ) will be absolutely affordable. the 2nd, 3rd and following editions may rise in the price.
if an edition is sold out, i might put out a second edition — possibly with the same settings or changed ;)
_ if a limited edition is sold out — that's it.

colors:
_ please be aware that your diplay colors and also the colors of my reproductions
( photographs & scans ) can vary from the print / original item

orders:
_ please do not order very large prints, which will be shipped in a tube
( if so, it is written in the article descpription ) and books / booklets in one order.
books & booklets do not like traveling in a tube... :(
